If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Services Offered

Coral Gables Concrete Contractors specializes in residential and commercial concrete solutions including driveway installation, concrete repair and resurfacing, patios and pool decks, and epoxy flooring. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals who comply with Florida contractor requirements and Coral Gables building codes.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for concrete projects. Estimates are based on information you provide and initial site assessments. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, permit requirements, material availability, or unforeseen complications discovered during excavation or preparation. Any significant price adjustments will be communicated and approved before proceeding with work.

Project Scope and Changes

Written contracts define the specific scope of work, materials, timeline, and costs for your concrete project. Requests for changes, additions, or modifications after contract signing may result in adjusted pricing and extended timelines. We'll provide revised estimates for your approval before implementing any changes to the original agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual service contracts. Typically, we require a deposit to secure your project date and purchase materials, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.

Permits and Compliance

For projects requiring permits from Coral Gables Building Department or other municipal authorities, we handle all necessary paperwork, applications, and inspections. Permit costs are included in your project estimate. You're responsible for providing accurate property information and ensuring we have access to your property for inspections. Failure to provide access may result in project delays and additional costs.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our concrete installations with comprehensive warranties covering materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by project type and are detailed in your service contract. Our warranties cover defects in installation and materials under normal use conditions in South Florida's climate. Warranties do not cover damage from improper maintenance, acts of nature, vehicle impacts, or modifications made by other contractors.

Liability and Insurance

Coral Gables Concrete Contractors maintains full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. While we take every precaution to protect your property during concrete work, we're not liable for pre-existing underground utility lines, septic systems, or structures not disclosed before project commencement. You're responsible for identifying and marking underground utilities before work begins.

Scheduling and Delays

We strive to complete projects within estimated timeframes. However, concrete work depends heavily on weather conditions, material delivery, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. South Florida's rainy season, hurricanes, or extreme heat may necessitate delays to ensure proper concrete curing and quality. We're not liable for delays caused by weather, permit issues, utility conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Property Access and Site Conditions

You grant us reasonable access to your property during scheduled work hours (Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). You're responsible for removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, plants, and personal items from work areas before our arrival. We maintain clean, organized work sites but cannot guarantee zero disruption to landscaping adjacent to concrete work zones.

Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made after materials are ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased, labor completed, and permit fees incurred. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in individual service contracts.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to concrete services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost property value or business interruption.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Florida state laws and Coral Gables municipal regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.
